Market Reports: Monroe County & Lehman Township in Pike County
The market report covers Monroe County and Lehman Township in Pike County. Lehman Township is part of the East Stroudsburg school district which is why it is included. All real estate is local but we do see some similar trends compared to the national statistics. Most of 2023 saw higher interest rates which eliminated some potential buyers. However, it is still very much a sellers market. Inventory of available homes is still low and buyer demand is still strong. The report gives you a comparison to December 2022 as well as historical graphs back to 2005.
